Information on collecting Frank Rodick’s work

Edition size. Frank Rodick’s prints are produced in small, strictly limited editions. Edition limits apply across all image sizes, not separately to each size. For example, an edition of five plus two artist’s proofs (5 + 2 AP) comprises a total of seven prints, regardless of their dimensions.

Pricing. Prices increase as an edition sells out. Preferred pricing may be considered for institutions and purchases of three or more prints.

Certificate of authenticity. Each print is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist and bearing his seal.

Shipping, duties, and taxes. The buyer is responsible for the costs of packing and shipping by a fine-art shipper, as well as any applicable duties and taxes. For archival pigment prints, production in the collector’s city may be possible by prior arrangement, potentially reducing shipping and related costs. In these cases, a signed certificate of authenticity will be sent separately to the collector.

Exchanges. If you decide the work isn’t right for your space, you may request an exchange for another available print of comparable value within 30 days of delivery. The original print must be returned in the condition in which it was received, together with its certificate of authenticity. The buyer is responsible for return shipping and shipping of the replacement print.

Sales and condition. Except for exchanges under the policy above, all print sales are final unless the work arrives damaged or does not match its description. Please inspect your print on arrival and report any damage or concerns within seven days of delivery. Photographs of the work and packaging will help resolve transit claims; please retain all packaging for any courier insurance claim.

Works that arrive damaged or do not match their description will be replaced or refunded, at the seller’s discretion. If a refund is issued, it will include the purchase price, original packing and shipping charges, and any sales tax collected by the seller. The seller will arrange and pay for return shipping and, where applicable, shipping of the replacement. For duties, import taxes, or brokerage charges paid separately, the seller will assist with recovery and reimburse reasonable, documented amounts that cannot be recovered.
