In addition to lecturing and giving artist talks on his work, Frank Rodick designs and leads workshops, seminars, and lectures on the creative process. These are practical, not theoretical, workshops that focus on how artists can enhance their individual creative processes and work their way through blocks they encounter.

Trained as a psychotherapist with over twenty years in practice, Rodick draws on this background alongside his own art practice to examine the applied dimensions of creativity and how these can be used by artists to work out a personal plan for substantially and sustainably improving their own process and fully developing a distinct artistic vision.
