In addition to lecturing and giving artist talks on his work, Frank Rodick designs and leads workshops, seminars, and lectures on creativity. Specifically he focuses on how artists can enhance their individual creative process and work their way through creative blocks they encounter. Trained as a psychotherapist with over twenty years in practice, Rodick draws on this background alongside his own experience as an artist to examine the applied dimensions of creativity and how these can be used by artists to work out a personal plan for substantially improving their own process and developing a more distinct artistic vision. 

On request, Rodick also consults individually with artists on similar issues.
